The MOQ or QTY selection in product detail page shows like "1 sample" means the price for a sample or trial order. If you want to order in wholesale price please select the other QTY selections like 10 pcs or 100 pcs, or others.

We provide drilling service. Our drilling standards are:

Pearl size at 9mm and up can be 0.9mm half-drilled;

Pearl size between 4mm and 9mm can be 0.8mm half-drilled;

Pearl size at 4mm and below can be 0.6mm half-drilled.

If you need other special drilling requests, please contact us before ordering.

We can provide a certificate if you request.

It needs about 2-3 working days to send pearls to make a certificate by NGTC or other authoritative appraisal agency. The cost is about $30-$100 for a certificate according to the pearl products.

A certificate is for one loose pearl or one strand, or one finished pearl jewelry.

Usually we ship via DHL or FedEx express which is fast and safe.

The international shipping fee will vary according to different countries and weight of the parcel.

Now we offer free shipping for order over $300.
