Are your pearls real?

Yes, all of our pearls are 100% genuine cultured pearls. We own our pearl farms and can provide certificates of authenticity upon request.

What is the quality of your pearls?

Do your pearls come with a certificate?

Yes, we can provide a certificate of authenticity from NGTC or other authoritative appraisal agencies for an additional fee of $30-$100 per pearl/strand/jewelry piece. This process takes 2-3 working days. Please request a certificate when placing your order.

Are your pearls drilled?

We will mark as "half drilled or full drilled" on the page of loose pearl products. If there is no description of "half drilled" or "full drilled", the loose pearls are without holes by default. If you need hole drilled, you can contact us by email or leave messages on your order. We will discuss with your for the details of hole drilling before ship out.

Can loose pearls be drilled?

Yes, we offer drilling services. Our standard drilling sizes are:

For half drilled:
Pearl size 9mm and up: 0.9mm
Pearl size 4mm to 9mm: 0.8mm
Pearl size below 4mm: 0.6mm

For full drilled:
Pearl size 12mm and up: 0.8mm
Pearl size 8mm to 12mm: 0.7mm
Pearl size below 8mm: 0.6mm

For special drilling requests, please contact us before ordering.

Can I add my logo to the products?

Yes, we offer logo customization. There may be an additional fee depending on the design and order quantity.
Contact us with your logo and design for a quote. For large orders, we generally do not charge a fee.

Please make sure you are the owner or authorized user of the logo that you provide.

Do you offer OEM services?

Yes, OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) is one of our main services. You can send us your drawings or photos, and our design team will help bring your designs to life. The production time for a custom design is around 7 working days for a new mold and 7-15 working days for the main production. Our MOQ for OEM orders is 50-200 pieces depending on the design.

For international shipments, delivery timelines typically range between 3-7 business days, depending on the destination country’s customs clearance procedures and local postal operations.

A shipment confirmation email containing your tracking details will be automatically generated upon dispatch, ensuring full visibility of your order’s transit status.

Do you offer free shipping?

How do I track my order?

My order shows up as delivered, but I haven’t received it. What should I do?
